Delete Your Account and Data
This page explains how to delete your account and data in apps published by Hinners Software (Hinners IT & Software Consulting) on Google Play:
- PropYield
- Daylog Health
- HomeMaintainer
You can delete your account from inside the app, or request deletion by email without installing the app.
Option 1: Delete in the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Your account is deleted right away, and your cloud data is removed within 30 days.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in:
- Email support@hinnerssoftwareconsulting.com from the email address on your account.
- Use the subject line Account deletion request.
- Name the app (PropYield, Daylog Health or HomeMaintainer).
We will reply within 7 days to confirm your request, and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming it.
What is deleted

What we keep, and for how long

Good to know
- Uninstalling an app does not delete your account or cancel a subscription.
- Cancel subscriptions in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Daylog Health data stored in Android Health Connect stays there. Delete it in Health Connect settings if you want it removed from your phone.
