Delete your PropYield account
PropYield: Deal Analyzer, by Hinners Software
Signing in to PropYield is optional, and every calculator works without an account. If you created an account and want it deleted, you can do it in the app or by email.
Option 1: In the app
Open PropYield and tap the account icon on the Home screen, or go to Settings.
Under Account, tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
If the app asks you to sign in again first, sign out, sign back in, and repeat these steps. This is a security check.
Option 2: By email
Email support@hinnerssoftwareconsulting.com with the subject "Delete my PropYield account" from the email address you signed in with. We'll delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
Your account: email address, name (if you signed in with Google) and account ID.
Deals and calculations are stored only on your phone, not on our servers. Uninstalling the app removes them. Property Lookup searches aren't stored by PropYield.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a PropYield Plus or Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play. Cancel in the Google Play app under Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
